Safeguarding issues will be referred directly to Miss M Harwood in the first instance. If she cannot be contacted, all safeguarding issues should be referred to Mrs A Walker or Mrs K Crawford.

Is someone trying to cause you harm?

You can speak to any of the names above or any of your teachers.  All concerns will be dealt with confidentially with staff that need to know.  The safeguarding team will always be informed but all matters will be dealt with discreetly.

Do you need help and advice?

Hungerhill School want to support you grow into mature young adults.  It is understandable that things will happen that will upset and concern you.  If you are worried about anything then there are people in school who you can talk to, who will listen to you, and who will take your concerns seriously.

It is important that you feel safe in school and that you are able to talk about any worries which are affecting how you are feeling. You can always email the member of staff if you need to get in touch.  At Hungerhill School you can talk to your form tutor, your Head of Year, our anti bullying team or any member of the Safeguarding Team.
